• Profit sharing is only applicable when the client earns a realized profit.
• SSI's compensation is entirely performance-based — you pay nothing unless your trades are profitable.
• Net profit is calculated after all trades in the agreed settlement period are closed and confirmed.

• Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial markets involves substantial risk.
• All trading decisions are ultimately made by the client and are the client's sole responsibility.
• Clients acknowledge that profits are never guaranteed and that losses are a normal part of trading.
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably, and no signal service can eliminate inherent market risk.

SSI CORPORATION, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any financial loss, partial loss, or total loss incurred while using SSI's services.

• Clients use SSI's services entirely at their own discretion and risk.
• Under no circumstances shall SSI be required to provide monetary reimbursement, refunds, or financial compensation for trading losses.
• This limitation of liability applies regardless of the nature or cause of the loss, including but not limited to market volatility, signal execution delays, platform outages, or technical failures.
• SSI is not a licensed financial advisor. Signals and guidance provided are informational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice.

• Although SSI is not responsible for any trading losses, SSI may, at its sole discretion, provide additional recovery-oriented trade opportunities or trading signals intended to help clients recover losses over time.
• Such recovery support does not constitute compensation, reimbursement, or a guarantee of recovering losses.
• SSI does not guarantee that any recovery trades will result in profits or fully recover previous losses.
• Recovery support is entirely voluntary and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

By engaging with SSI Corporation's services, clients agree to uphold the following responsibilities:

• Manage their own trading account responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and exchange policies.
• Follow proper risk management practices, including position sizing, stop-loss placement, and portfolio diversification.
• Maintain sufficient capital and never invest funds that they cannot afford to lose.
• Understand that all investments carry risk, and no signal provider can eliminate that risk entirely.
• Conduct their own due diligence before executing any trade based on SSI's signals or guidance.
• Notify SSI promptly of any disputes or concerns regarding profit-sharing calculations.

By using SSI CORPORATION's services, subscribing to its signals, or participating in any profit-sharing arrangement, the client confirms that they:

• Understand the risks associated with trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments.
• Accept full responsibility for their own trading decisions and outcomes.
• Agree to the 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement as described in Section 1.
• Release SSI CORPORATION from any and all liability for trading losses as outlined in Section 3.
• Are of legal age in their jurisdiction to engage in financial trading activities.
